Ernesto Ramirez, Jr. was born 11/11/2004, received the Pfizer vaccine on 4/19/21 and tragically died on 4/24/21 of an enlarged heart, only five days after receiving the investigational Covid vaccine. The autopsy revealed his heart was twice the normal size.
