How To Defeat Mask Mandates
Forcing kids to wear masks is child abuse. According to the FDA, a mask is considered an experimental medical device when it comes to stopping the spread of a virus. Do you have the authority to coerce me into an experimental medical device? No you don’t. Not if I don’t give you permission to and I don’t give you permission. If you try and force us, that’s a violation of the nuremberg code. According to the Nuremberg code, you can not force anyone into anything that is medically experimental.

1. The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential.
Federal Law
Under federal law, employers and universities cannot legally mandate masks or COVID vaccines because they are unlicensed Emergency Use Authorization products which are, by definition, experimental. The bottom line is this: mandating products authorized for Emergency Use Authorization status (EUA) violates federal law as detailed in the following legal notifications.
EUA products are by definition experimental and thus require the right to refuse. Under the Nuremberg Code, the foundation of ethical medicine, no one may be coerced to participate in a medical experiment. Consent of the individual is “absolutely essential.” A federal court held that even the U.S. military could not mandate EUA vaccines to soldiers. Doe #1 v. Rumsfeld, 297 F.Supp.2d 119 (2003).

Masks Don’t Stop The Spread of COVID
A massive Danish study on mask usage found no statistically significant difference in coronavirus infection rates between mask-wearers and non-mask-wearers. In fact, according to the data, mask usage may actually increase the likelihood of infection.

Correlation Between Mask Compliance and COVID-19 Outcomes in Europe
While no cause-effect conclusions could be inferred from this observational analysis, the lack of negative correlations between mask usage and COVID-19 cases and deaths suggest that the widespread use of masks, was not able to reduce COVID-19 transmission. Moreover, the moderate positive correlation between mask usage and deaths in Western Europe also suggests that the universal use of masks may have had harmful unintended consequences.

Why Don’t Masks Stop The Spread of COVID?
Whether you are using an N95 masks or a simple surgical mask, they don’t stop the spread of COVID. This is because the COVID virus is so small that it goes right through the mask pores. It’s like using chicken wire to stop horse flies, they just breeze on through with C02 and water vapor in tidal exhalation. It’s the equivalent of trying to keep mosquitos out of your yard by using a chain link fence. THAT IS THE SCIENCE, IT’S CALLED PHYSICS!!
N95 Masks: N95 masks stop particles as small as .3 microns. The covid-19 virus is as small as .06 microns. That means the virus is 500% smaller than the mask pores.
Surgical Masks: Surgical masks stop particles as small as 1 microns. The covid-19 virus is as small as .06 microns. That means the virus is almost 1,700% smaller than the mask pores.

Texas Lifts Mask Mandate
On March 2, 2021, the governor of Texas lifted the mask mandate.
Dr. Fauci (and a 100 other people on the political left) came out and chastised the Texas governor and accused him of wanting to kill all of his constituents.
Instead what we saw is that cases dropped! It’s almost like the masks make little different to this virus. Fauci and much of the political left is mystified that everyone isn’t dead in Texas yet.
Here’s a tweet from April 5th, 2021 showing the opening sold out game of the Texas Rangers, where the stands are PACKED and no one is wearing a mask and yet no one died.
The comments from people on that twitter thread, from the people on the political left, are highly entertaining. They were all convinced that everyone in Texas would be dead by now. They obviously were wrong.
