The old saying is “your right to swing a punch ends at the tip of my nose”. Consider that, if you heedlessly contract this virus, you are walking around swinging punches wildly, with no consideration for the location of anyone else’s nose.

I agree with you in principle, but the MSM, who are owned by the oligarchs like Jeff Bezos and Bill Gates, have a MASSIVE financial incentive to keep us scared so we’ll do as they tell us. They are purposely deceiving us and getting us to fight each other. Divide & Conquer.

It’s not about initial IFR. It’s about transmissibility and mutation. As it’s allowed to spread unchecked, more & more variants arise – with the real danger that some will be vaccine-resistant and/or vastly more deadly. Look up bubonic/pneumonic/septicemic plague.
Don’t ascribe to malice (“billionaire elitists want to crash the economy!” like, that doesn’t even make sense?), what can be more easily explained by human nature and the nature of viruses, colliding.

How do you know there are any new variants? How do you know they aren’t lying to you to scare you? They lie to us about almost everything. If you have the time, do your own research to verify. There are 2 ways to sell something: fear and hope. Fear works 1000% better.

I have a friend who is a doctor, working in public health. They are not “lying to us to scare us”. And my old co-worker who died of COVID (and if she had survived, would have lost an arm) was not a “false flag”.

The virus is very real. No doubt about it. Personally, I think the media has blown it way out of proportion tho. For me, the proof is seeing how the high the survival rate is. According to the CDC, my kids and I have a 99.98% survival rate. That rivals the flu. Still real tho.

Again, current IFR is not the issue. Unchecked spread means a playground for the virus to mutate – it’s what viruses do. By letting people “opt out” of public safety measures, we may lose the opportunity to *ever* be rid of it. And, like flu, more deadly strains *will* emerge.
